About Lorraine

Lorraine Thielen is a licensed Realtor. She has lived in Huntington Beach for the past 30 years. She has also lived in Irvine, and grew up in the Lakewood/Cerritos area. This gives her an extensive knowledge of the Orange County and Southern Los Angeles County area. As an experienced agent, Lorraine understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life. She has built a reputation for being friendly and a great communicator, and has a proven ability to guide her clients through the buying and selling process.

Lorraine is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Orange County Realtor Association. She is also a California Certified Probate Specialist, Notary Public, and a Certified Transaction Coordinator. Lorraine works with a partner, and, together, they draw on a vast variety of different skills to help their mutual clients.

Lorraine graduated from California State University, Long Beach, School of Business. She has a degree in Business Finance and a minor in Economics. Prior to real estate, she gained perspective and experience working in large corporations, small business, life and family experience while raising her two sons and being very involved in their school and extracurricular activities. Lorraine has a love of learning and continues to enroll in classes to increase her knowledge in real estate, technology, and health. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, kickboxing, running, walking with her dog, and spending time with her family.
