With over 25 years of real estate sales, leadership, training, and business coaching experience, Karyn serves as a Business Development Coach for real estate professionals looking to increase revenues and take their business to the next level. In addition to coaching, Karyn also holds the position as the Director of Training for a major internationally-recognized real estate brokerage and continues to deliver high-level instructor-led courses and organizes workshops designed to give agents a competitive edge in today’s marketplace.
Karyn has received numerous awards including several RE/MAX Corporate Club Awards, as well as her local brokerage Top Ten Producer award. Her experience includes working as an individual agent and also as part of a successful team. Working hard during the great recession and mortgage meltdown of the mid-2000s paid off and propelled Karyn and her team to success during one of the most difficult real estate markets in United States history.
She epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work in everything she does. Before entering the real estate industry, Karyn owned and managed a corporate training company that provided customized training solutions to Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Karyn has combined her background and experience as a Realtor, Corporate Trainer and Entrepreneur to design, develop and deliver high-quality training courses and coaching programs for real estate professionals. Karyn takes a hands-on approach to coaching and training her clients to improve their existing methodologies, leverage the tools they have, and develop systems and processes that are missing in their businesses.
On a personal note: Karyn is an avid adventurer and enjoys trips to remote places. She loves being outside in nature and her favorite activities include hiking and backpacking. She also maintains an active lifestyle by cycling, playing tennis and enjoying time with friends and family.
